The Buyer agrees that the Goods she/he purchased are not subject to exchange and return to in the following cases:

Goods are included in the list of goods that are not subject to return and exchange, according to the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 172 of March 19, 1994 (as amended) http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF, namely: non-food items: perfumes and cosmetics.

But we are well aware that there may be different cases, and we are glad to change your order or refund you the amount paid in the case of:

• An item was accidentally added or mixed up in your order.

• Did you see damage to the item when checking the parcel at the time of pickup? We understand that misunderstandings sometimes happen. Just tell us about the problem, and we will help to solve it quickly.

If the problem is found later, please briefly describe the situation, attach photo or video of the product you bought from us and would like to return, email it to: rosydrop.ua@gmail.com.

If the product is unopened and the packaging is intact, you may return it within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, even the most famous brands are not immune to manufacturing failures. If you find a defect, tell us. Our manager will offer possible solutions and in case of an exchange or return will arrange a courier visit or tell you how to send the parcel to us.

Please make sure to keep the packaging with the barcode of the goods. When you contact us, we will ask to provide the item (or items included in the set) with no damage during unpacking and use, all accessories and packaging of goods with a barcode of the manufacturer and the document confirming the purchase of goods from us.

Roughly within 14 days after receiving the parcel, we will examine the returned items and make a decision on the return of funds to you. In addition, you will receive an e-mail notification about the status of the return.

The only request: please do not return goods purchased in another store, products which you have used, as well as items for which there are no valid reasons for the exchange or return. In all other situations, we will try to help you quickly and easily make an exchange or return.
